Role Overview

TawanTech is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead the functional implementation of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery for clients. This role involves translating HR processes into ServiceNow requirements, running stakeholder workshops, and delivering secure, adoption-ready HR service experiences across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture current- and future-state HR processes.
• Define HR case types, services, fulfillment workflows, approvals, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Configure, or guide the configuration of, ServiceNow HRSD components including case management, Employee Center, knowledge, and employee journeys.
• Design lifecycle-event processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and offboarding.
• Prepare functional design documents and user stories, and support data mapping, integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users, HR agents, and administrators.

Professional Experience and Education

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, HR service delivery, or enterprise service management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven delivery experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, or HR integrations.
• Experience in banking, government, or large shared-services environments.

Technical Skills and Certifications

• Integration experience with major HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS-HRSD certification, or relevant certifications like SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or ITIL.
• Exposure to HR shared-services models, case deflection strategies, or knowledge governance.

Essential Abilities and Language

• Strong workshop-facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live stabilization.
• Fluent Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory for direct stakeholder workshops.
