ServiceNow Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

About the Role

Muller's Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires strong hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background within the Banking/Financial Services sector. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow CLM solutions for key business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• A background in the Banking/Financial Services sector is required.
• ServiceNow certification is considered a plus.
