ServiceNow SPM Consultant

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The ServiceNow SPM Consultant supports the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions. This includes translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities are outlined below:

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Key Duties

• Support the configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Configure applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and other SPM platform components.
• Assist with maintaining SPM configurations in line with approved requirements and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
• Support integration activities between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems.
• Assist with REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub configurations for data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support data synchronization activities.
