ServiceNow SPM Consultant

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and continuous improvement. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM modules, including applications, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Assist with integration activities between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, document business and technical requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, and automation within SPM, and develop basic scripts using JavaScript.
• Assist in preparing and executing test scenarios for SPM implementations and enhancements, supporting deployment and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to SPM applications, dashboards, workflows, and integrations, providing ongoing technical support.
• Maintain documentation for SPM configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes, ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow SPM features and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting their implementation.

• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub configurations.
• Ability to develop and maintain basic scripts using JavaScript.
