Job Description

About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for driving revenue growth for the company’s telematics, fleet-management, and shared-mobility solutions, leveraging platforms such as IMS, and for commercializing the offering of its new wholly-owned smart-IoT technology subsidiary. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and involves managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to close across corporate, government, giga-project, and hospitality segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the sales pipeline and revenue for the full telematics portfolio, including Basic Telematics, Premium Telematics, Car Sharing, and Trucks Telematics, across new and existing customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for recurring, subscription-based solutions (AVL, platform, data, Wasl integration), from prospecting and discovery to solution scoping, quotation, negotiation, and close, achieving monthly/quarterly bookings and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the new smart-IoT / technology subsidiary (*, SIXT KSA's subsidiary), positioning its telematics and IoT services as standalone products.
  • Shape value propositions, pricing, and packaging in collaboration with product teams, and identify resale/white-label opportunities with third parties, partners, and franchisees.
  • Position fleet-management capabilities, such as telematics, geofencing, predictive maintenance, driver-behavior analytics, and CAN/immobilizer control, to corporate and government fleets.
  • Expand shared-mobility/car-sharing propositions with giga-projects, hospitality sectors, and smart-city initiatives.
  • Identify, target, and secure strategic accounts across corporate, government, giga-project, and hospitality segments, while building long-term partnerships with OEMs, technology providers, and channel/resale partners.
  • Translate customer needs into appropriate telematics tiers and device configurations (*, Teltonika, dash-cam, CAN control), supported by product and installation teams, and conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments (telematics, Wasl, data protection) to inform product and pricing strategies, contributing to the IMS North Star strategy and 2026–2030 growth plan.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in the CRM (Salesforce), reporting bookings, ARR, and win/loss rates, and ensuring adherence to approved Delegation of Authority and Credit Control policies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Installation, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery, billing, and customer success.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within telematics, fleet management, IoT, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing sales pipelines from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience selling recurring, subscription-based solutions and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to engage effectively with corporate, government, giga-project, and hospitality segments.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Strong sales acumen with expertise in prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
  • Technical understanding to translate customer needs into appropriate telematics and IoT solutions, acting as a commercial bridge to technical teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client engagements and internal collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking for market intelligence, go-to-market planning, and partnership development.
