Essity is seeking a Business Manager Professional Hygiene to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role reports to the Sales Manager MENA.

Role Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for accelerating the expansion strategy of the Tork business in Saudi Arabia and building the sales team. This position requires an individual who can contribute to business growth and embody the company's values of challenging, innovating, experimenting, and moving at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the sales organization's structure, personnel, and performance to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards to help them meet sales targets.
• Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns, and manage the daily operations of a sales team for an assigned geography, channel, or customer base.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify areas for improvement or opportunity and adapt procedures.
• Allocate resources based on current customer categorization to enhance the overall performance of the sales team.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are strategically important to the organization.
• Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans or strategies for the area of responsibility.
• Manage customer profitability and gather insights on market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities, distributing this information to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to challenging existing methods, innovating, and experimenting.
