Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various service sectors, including ICT, telecommunications, fire protection, ELV, and electromechanical services. The role also involves strengthening relationships with existing clients to foster continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
• Prepare proposals and bids for potential projects.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements align with WAJDA’s solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning and market expansion.

Work Setting

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
