Business Process Management Consultant

About the Role

Devoteam is seeking an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with a solid understanding of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools, capable of driving business process optimization across diverse operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops with business process owners and subject matter experts to understand and map existing processes.
• Apply BPM techniques, including process modeling (BPMN *, business rule definition, data use analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Design and analyze current (As-Is) process flows, breaking down and structuring business processes into hierarchical levels, identifying processes, sub-processes, activities, and tasks.
• Define and track performance metrics (KPI) for processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend or implement process redesign to meet performance targets and objectives.
• Analyze processes to identify issues related to cost, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, tracing the source of problems and working towards effective solutions.
• Document process policies and procedures, creating comprehensive process manuals for continuous improvement and operational consistency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Business Process Management and operational improvement projects.
• Proven ability to drive business process optimization.
• Solid understanding of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BPM modeling tools such as ARIS (preferred), Bizagi, Signavio, iServer, and Bizzdesign, for creating and managing process models.
• Experience with process modeling using BPMN *

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a professional environment focused on delivering process improvement solutions.
