Business Setup Consultant

About the Role

Promise is establishing its business setup practice in Riyadh and is seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant to join the foundational team. This full-time role involves managing the complete company setup journey for both local and foreign investors, from initial advisory conversations through MISA licensing, Commercial Registration, and post-incorporation setup. The consultant will serve as the primary client contact and interact directly with Saudi government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial consultation to case closure.
• Advise investors on entity types, foreign ownership options, licensing requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Lead client meetings, clearly explain requirements, and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage company setup end-to-end for local and foreign clients, including MISA investment licenses, foreign-ownership approvals, and Commercial Registration (CR) issuance, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare, review, and submit Articles of Association, resolutions, powers of attorney, and supporting documents.
• Arrange chamber of commerce registration, municipal (Balady) licenses, and sector-specific licenses.
• Coordinate ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and national address registration.
• Support bank account opening, Nitaqat and visa-quota setup, and document attestation.
• Handle corporate amendments, ownership changes, and license renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Commerce / Saudi Business Center, MISA, chambers of commerce, municipalities, and sector regulators.
• Utilize government platforms directly, ensuring accurate and compliant submissions to minimize rejections.
• Maintain up-to-date case records and CRM trackers, reporting on progress and pending items.
• Contribute to the development of standard processes, checklists, and document templates for business setup services.
• Share regulatory updates and practical knowledge with the growing team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business setup or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong advisory skills with the confidence to guide clients effectively.
• Experience working directly with Saudi government authorities and platforms.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. The role offers direct exposure to local and international investors entering the Saudi market and provides an opportunity to contribute to building a growing business setup practice from its early stages.
