flyadeal is recruiting Cabin Crew members to join its team. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of guests, while also providing a professional and memorable onboard experience. Positions are available across various locations in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Context

The Cabin Crew Member plays a vital role in maintaining the highest safety standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to efficient flight operations. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and can maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and fellow crew members throughout all phases of flight.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with flyadeal's service standards.
• Welcome and assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and pre-flight safety checks.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to passenger enquiries and onboard situations.
• Prepare, serve, and sell food, beverages, and onboard retail products.
• Support aircraft turnaround activities, including cabin preparation and restocking.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with flyadeal policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures.
• Participate in recurrent training and continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum height of 160 cm.
• Minimum arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Ability to swim at least 50 metres unaided.
• Physically fit and capable of safely performing Cabin Crew duties.
• Meet flyadeal's BMI requirements.
• Successfully pass the required aviation medical examination.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the Cabin Crew uniform.
• Valid passport.
• Eligible to travel without restrictions to all flyadeal destinations.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties.
