PayTech Group is seeking a Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist will focus on driving new cardholder growth. This involves identifying high-potential customer segments, designing and optimizing acquisition campaigns, and improving conversion rates across various channels. The role requires collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to achieve sustainable portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute card acquisition strategies aligned with portfolio growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential customer segments through market analysis, customer insights, and performance data.
• Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital, branch, telesales, partnership, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor acquisition funnels, conversion rates, customer response, cost of acquisition, and overall campaign performance.
• Identify customer journey gaps and recommend improvements for application, onboarding, and conversion experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop relevant value propositions, offers, and campaign messages.
• Coordinate with Sales and distribution teams to enhance lead management and channel effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and translate campaign results into actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Support post-acquisition initiatives aimed at improving activation and early card usage.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
