About the Role

The برنامج خلك مسيطر program is seeking to expand its team of Saudi professional coaches and consultants. This Career Coach role is offered on a remote basis, with options for full-time or part-time engagement. We are looking for professionals with practical experience in the Saudi labor market and a commitment to helping individuals develop their careers, enhance their professional presence, and achieve their goals through practical guidance and training.

Role Philosophy

We believe that the coach's role is not to perform tasks on behalf of the beneficiary, but rather to empower them to acquire the necessary skills and strategies to develop their career path independently. The ideal candidate will guide beneficiaries in mastering career development techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual coaching sessions to beneficiaries remotely.
• Assess beneficiaries' professional status and assist them in defining goals and developing practical action plans.
• Guide beneficiaries in improving their CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
• Train beneficiaries on job search strategies and identifying suitable companies and opportunities.
• Develop professional communication and networking skills.
• Prepare beneficiaries for job interviews and conduct mock interviews.
• Provide guidance on salary negotiation, promotions, and career transitions.
• Monitor beneficiary progress and provide practical feedback and recommendations.
• Document sessions and follow-up notes, coordinating with the client success and operations team.
• Adhere to session schedules and quality standards adopted by the program.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, or Career Consulting and Development.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market, employment requirements, and career paths.
• Ability to deliver professional individual consulting and training sessions.
• Familiarity with strategies for improving CVs and professional presence on LinkedIn.
• Skills in job interview preparation, career guidance, and effective communication.
• Ability to work with beneficiaries from diverse sectors and professional levels.
• High-level skills in listening, analysis, and providing constructive feedback.
• Commitment, follow-up, and professional handling of remote work tools.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Remote, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Work Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-time (30 hours/week).

Work details and financial compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on experience and work type.
