The Opportunity: Leadership Coach & Trainer

RootCo is seeking to collaborate with emerging Saudi coaching and training talents for a contract-based role as a Leadership Coach & Trainer. This position is open to both men and women who are dedicated to leadership development and creating organizational impact. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering leadership coaching to individuals and teams.
• Conducting training sessions focused on leadership and management development.
• Contributing to organizational development initiatives.
• Applying fresh perspectives and strong facilitation skills in coaching and training engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi national.
• ICF-credentialed coach (ACC / PCC).
• Certified trainer specializing in leadership and management development.
• 5-10 years of experience in leadership coaching, executive coaching, team development, or organizational development.
• Demonstrated strong facilitation skills.
• Based in Riyadh is preferred.
