We are seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager to join our full-time team in Riyadh, contributing to our ongoing commitment to quality and innovation.

Role Overview

The Divisional Product Development Manager, focusing on Premier Foods, is responsible for leading the comprehensive development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. This role ensures that all projects are executed to high standards, delivering quality, innovation, and commercial success within the fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development initiatives from concept through to commercialization.
• Create innovative product formulations and explore new ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all developed products meet Almarai’s standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing to bring new product concepts to market efficiently.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Proven capacity to make a strong impact in a dynamic food manufacturing setting.
