The Role: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and managing a multi-skilled team to ensure the effective delivery of engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations to meet performance, safety, and quality standards within process engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team dedicated to engineering and maintenance.
• Provide essential engineering and maintenance services to support operational needs.
• Ensure that all process engineering operations and services consistently meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operational activities adhere to defined safety and quality standards.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or maintenance supervisory role.

Work Environment

The Engineering Supervisor will operate within a dynamic environment, leading a self-directing multi-skilled team. This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time commitment, focused on maintaining high standards of engineering and maintenance across Almarai's operations.
