The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining high operational standards within a prestigious environment in the Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah areas.

Role Summary

The Supervisor Engineering is responsible for the comprehensive management of tools, appliances, and equipment. This includes installation, ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance scheduling, and recommending replacements when necessary. The role also involves precise calibration of controls, gauges, and meters, alongside the identification and operation of shut-off valves to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order, mark, and stock necessary parts and supplies, maintaining an inventory and purchase orders log.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines regularly.
• Utilize computer systems for entering and locating work-related information and operating power lift equipment.
• Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests, and inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist in the development of disaster response protocols.
• Respond promptly to and attend to guest repair requests.
• Support management in various employee-related tasks, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching.
• Adhere strictly to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None specified.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Competence to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Dexterity to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
