The Role: HR Officer

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and is integral to supporting the HR Department within the Sales Division. The HR Officer will contribute to effective employee services by maintaining personnel records, reviewing HR documentation, and preparing performance and workforce reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical reimbursement requests and verify eligibility in accordance with company policy.
• Verify employee bank loan requests and confirm entitlement based on company guidelines.
• Review and validate school fee claims to ensure eligibility and compliance with approved entitlements.
• Verify payroll documentation for new and probationary employees to ensure timely salary processing.
• Review termination and final settlement requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are complete.
• Assess employee appeals and verify supporting documentation to determine eligibility and validity.
• Review Employee Contract Change Requests (ECCR) to ensure compliance with contract change policies.
• Review Contract Renewal Requests (CRR) to ensure compliance with contract renewal policies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly personnel performance reports and analyze departmental performance against established objectives.
• Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
