About the Role

Almarai is seeking an IT Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is integral to meeting divisional IT requirements through the effective utilization of people, processes, tools, and technologies. Almarai, established in 1977, is a leading vertically integrated dairy company and a major food and beverage manufacturer in the MENA region, employing over 43,000 individuals.

Role Purpose

The IT Business Partner will act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that IT strategies and solutions align with and support business objectives. This position is key to driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization's IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business divisions to understand their IT needs and challenges.
• Ensure the efficient and effective application of IT resources, including people, processes, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
• Facilitate the adoption and optimization of IT solutions within the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and IT Project Management.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role operates within a dynamic, multinational team environment.
