Role Overview: IT Business Partner

Almarai is seeking an IT Business Partner for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role contributes to the group’s continued growth, which is supported by ambitious expansion programs and strategic acquisitions. The IT Business Partner will align IT capabilities with divisional business needs within a multinational team environment.

Core Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to meet divisional IT requirements. This involves ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of people, processes, tools, and technologies across the relevant business divisions. The IT Business Partner acts as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate optimal IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address specific IT requirements for various business divisions.
• Ensure the efficient allocation and management of IT personnel within the division.
• Optimize IT processes to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Oversee the effective deployment and management of IT tools and technologies.
• Facilitate the alignment of IT strategies with divisional business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in an IT business partnering or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT requirements and resources effectively.
