About the Personnel Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and achieving HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies Procedures. The role will provide essential support to the division's personnel and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and achieve Human Resources objectives in compliance with relevant local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the division's personnel and administrative operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related major.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputable organization.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and SAP environment.
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
