About the Personnel Manager Role
Almarai is seeking a qualified Personnel Manager to oversee HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies. This role will provide essential support to the personnel and administrative functions within the Division. Almarai, founded in 1977, is a leading vertically integrated dairy company and a major food and beverage manufacturer in the MENA region, headquartered in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
The Personnel Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and achieving HR objectives in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- Providing comprehensive support to personnel and administrative functions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related major.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Senior Personnel or Managerial role.
- Exposure to computer systems and the SAP environment.
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
