About Aldossary Group
Aldossary Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position is integral to the organization's human resources strategy and daily operations, contributing to a stable and productive work environment.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices, acting as a strategic link between company leadership and employees. This role involves ensuring that HR initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and managed to support the organization's overall objectives and foster positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes designing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategic needs.
- Administer, oversee, or collaborate on the administration of various human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Bridge management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs, and develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
Candidate Profile and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in managing comprehensive human resources functions. Key requirements include:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and program administration across various HR domains.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, talent management, and recruitment lifecycle management.
Work Details and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Dammam. The salary range for this role is $1,500 - $2,000 per month.
