About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in executing category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, POSM deployment, and in-store promotion activities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and oversee their implementation across the sales region.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are integrated to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Explore, organize, and review regional events, school programs, corporate activities, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage the rollout of marketing initiatives with local agencies and marketing teams.
• Liaise with sales and merchandising teams to develop and agree on implementation plans for confirmed store-specific projects.

Role Context

This role is integral to the trade marketing function, focusing on the effective execution of brand and product strategies at the point of sale.
