About the Role
Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in executing category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, POSM deployment, and in-store promotion activities. The primary objective is to contribute to increased sales growth and profitability for Almarai within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and review merchandising planograms and oversee their implementation across the sales region.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are integrated to achieve merchandising excellence.
- Explore, organize, and review regional events, school programs, corporate activities, and special initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage the rollout of marketing initiatives with local agencies and marketing teams.
- Liaise with sales and merchandising teams to develop and agree on implementation plans for confirmed store-specific projects.
Role Context
This role is integral to the trade marketing function, focusing on the effective execution of brand and product strategies at the point of sale. The Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor will work closely with the sales force to ensure brand visibility and promotional activities are aligned with company objectives, ultimately driving sales performance in the Riyadh region.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates are expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of trade marketing principles, planogram execution, and in-store activation is required.
