Role Overview: Sales Supervisor II (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves contributing to the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. The supervisor will ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures while maintaining high sales and merchandising standards through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within the assigned territory.
• Ensure strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain high sales and merchandising standards.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of salesmen.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• College Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG business.
• Knowledge of sales operations in an FMCG environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Required Skills

• Highly skilled in reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
• Numerate and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
