About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage a team of salesmen and oversee sales and distribution activities within assigned routes in Al Madinah, specifically in Yanbu and Medina. This full-time role focuses on ensuring sales and secondary distribution align with company policies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Sales Manager (ASM)/Branch Manager (BM) in setting sales targets and motivating sales staff to effectively manage routes and achieve targets within agreed costs.
• Gather and maintain information on sales and distribution channels and competitor activities, sharing insights with the ASM/BM for action.
• Ensure all sales staff are trained and execute the company’s replenishment program, maintaining product availability, quantity, and freshness according to system recommendations.
• Execute agreements with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers and maintain strong business relations with customer representatives.
• Optimize daily journey planning for salesmen in cooperation with the team and ASM/BM to maximize productivity and customer recognition.
• Monitor product shelf life at points of sale, ensuring proper product display, no expired products, and adherence to rotation and wastage control policies.
• Initiate and organize sales to new clients in assigned routes in alignment with S&D plans to increase sales.
• Implement the company's credit policy, managing credit and collections for all sales in the area to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure company assets are well-maintained and initiate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Manage people in line with SADAFCO’s HR policies, including providing training for new recruits and current staff, to achieve S&D targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, administration, and reporting for the area using MSFA (Mobile Sales Force Automation).
• Conduct daily MSFA endorsements with each salesman, reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for action and follow-up.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and tidy, and salesmen’s uniforms conform to company standards for professional representation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or certificate.
• Completed vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar supervisory role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Madinah, covering operations in Yanbu and Medina. The role involves managing a team and overseeing field sales and distribution activities.
