Role Overview: Area Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II to join its team. This full-time position is available in Dammam and Riyadh. The primary purpose of this role is to direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations across designated sales areas within an assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of budgeted financial targets for Almarai products.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct, control, and manage van sales operations across sales areas within the assigned territory.
• Achieve budgeted volume targets for Almarai products.
• Achieve budgeted margin targets for Almarai products.
• Continuously monitor and review team performance to ensure objectives are met.

Candidate Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales management role.
• Demonstrate experience in budgetary preparation and planning.
• Have hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) package.

Essential Skills

• Highly skilled in reporting and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in team management and leadership skills.
