The Opportunity: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves managing engineering and maintenance services to meet internal customer requirements. The supervisor will ensure that all process engineering operations and services adhere to management performance standards, as well as defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services to fulfill internal customer needs.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or maintenance supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a technical team.
• Understanding of process engineering operations and maintenance best practices.
