About RiDiK and the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Celonis Business Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview and Impact

The Consultant will leverage foundational management consulting skills and experience in business transformation and process excellence. The primary objective is to help clients achieve significant improvements in operational efficiency, enhance business performance, and drive sustainable growth. This role involves contributing to project delivery, analyzing current state processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing future state processes, and supporting implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the successful execution of business transformation and process excellence projects.
  • Support the development of project plans, track progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and business processes to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in the analysis of current ("as-is") vs. future ("to-be") business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support workforce transformation and systems integration efforts.
  • Assist with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
  • Develop future state process designs that are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of process flow diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Incorporate Lean principles (*, eliminate waste, reduce cycle time) and Six Sigma methodologies (*, reduce variation, improve process capability) in process design.

Client Engagement and Change Management

  • Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis to gather information, validate findings, and provide support.
  • Assist in facilitating client workshops and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Support communication efforts to inform stakeholders about transformation initiatives.
  • Help provide training and support to employees to assist their adaptation to new processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process excellence.
  • Demonstrated foundational management consulting skills.
  • Proven experience in business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills for in-depth data and business process analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Knowledge Development and Professional Growth

The Consultant is expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement and business transformation. This includes contributing to the development of internal knowledge assets, such as methodologies, tools, and templates, to foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
