The Place BC is seeking a highly capable and experienced Center Manager to oversee its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing all branch operations, staff, and strategic growth, functioning as a standalone business unit.

Role Purpose

The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the branch. This involves driving operational excellence, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and established brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and budget management to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.
• Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and developing strategies for revenue growth.
• Coordinate with external partners such as contractors, suppliers, and fit-out companies for renovations, space planning, and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, community engagement initiatives, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for regional management, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws, health and safety regulations, and cultural norms across all operations.
• Cultivate a positive and productive work environment through effective staff training, performance evaluations, and support for Saudization initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and a Master’s degree is highly favored.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management within Saudi Arabia.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as an Operations Manager in a business center, OR 5 years as an Operations Director in hospitality or property management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills are essential.
