The Role of Branch Manager

Longevity Wellness Hub is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh location in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive oversight of people management, daily operations, client experience, and commercial performance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for fostering a strong team culture and ensuring the branch upholds the brand's standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the Riyadh team.
• Cultivate a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
• Oversee daily branch operations and overall performance.
• Drive revenue, memberships, packages, client retention, and branch growth.
• Set clear expectations and ensure team accountability with fairness and consistency.
• Maintain an exceptional standard of client care and experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor leads, conversions, client follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with coaches, therapists, practitioners, and front-of-house staff.
• Resolve team, operational, and client matters professionally and constructively.
• Ensure the highest standards across the facility and customer journey.
• Report on branch performance, KPIs, revenue, and operational priorities to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven management experience of 5-10 years within wellness, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, or another premium service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and foster team development.
• Commercially driven with confidence in working towards revenue and performance targets.
• Experience within the Saudi market is highly preferred.
