Channel Partner Manager

About the Role

Think is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to build and develop its partner channel in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on establishing relationships with resellers, integrators, and consultancies to expand the reach of Think's AI solutions into new accounts. The position is centered on channel development, as the partner network is largely new.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and enable partners across the region.
• Develop the commercial framework, including margin structures, deal registration processes, tiering, and rules of engagement.
• Create necessary enablement materials for partners, such as technical training, positioning guides, and competitive information.
• Manage joint pipeline with partners and ensure accountability.
• Act as an internal advocate for channel requirements regarding product and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Six or more years of experience in channel or partner management within enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience in building a channel from inception rather than managing an existing one.
• Proficiency in partner economics and negotiation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Existing partner relationships across the GCC.
• Experience with hardware or infrastructure channel development.
• Prior experience launching a partner program from scratch.
