The Opportunity: Channel Partner Development

Hikvision MEA is seeking a Channel Partner Development professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to expanding and managing the company's channel partner network, driving sales, and ensuring partner success within the region. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish new channel partners and manage their onboarding process.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage with sub-dealers, assess product needs, and resolve commercial and technical issues.
• Coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Stay informed about marketplace developments and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams within channel partners for training and advisory support.
• Conduct regular meetings with counterparts in partner organizations.
• Provide monthly reports on sales KPIs within channel partners.
• Work towards sales and revenue targets established by the Sales Director/Country Manager.
• Address customer service issues raised by channel partners.
• Identify and approach new potential channel partners.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract terms into business operations.
• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications specific to the industry, and maintaining personal networks for technology updates.
• Develop new channels for non-CCTV products, including fire alarm systems, barrier gates, video intercoms, and other related solutions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position within IT, Technology, Electronics, CCTV, or related industries, with familiarity with the channel market.
• Experience or background in barrier gate, lighting, commercial display, or related markets is preferred.
• A solid network within the local channel ecosystem.

• Strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
