Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks, providing support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas, preventing cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation in compliance with standards.
• Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
