About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Supervise line cooks, providing support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas, preventing cross-contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation in compliance with standards.
Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
