Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes precisely according to the designated station's recipes and specifications.
• Ensure consistent food quality and uphold high standards for dish presentation.
• Assist the Head Chef in the development of new dishes and contribute to menu planning initiatives.
• Supervise and provide effective training to junior kitchen staff members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area at all times.
• Monitor and manage food inventory specific to your station to minimize waste and ensure availability.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, specifically in a Chef Tourant or similar supervisory culinary role.
• Demonstrated expertise in various cooking techniques and station management.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Experience in staff supervision and training.
