Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Transportation & Logistics

About the Role

Everhires is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Transportation & Logistics in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading strategic and operational direction, driving sustainable growth and profitability, and strengthening the company's position within the transportation, logistics, and supply-chain sectors in Saudi Arabia. The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and contribute to corporate strategy, governance, expansion, and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term corporate strategies.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define strategic priorities and ensure effective execution.
• Identify expansion, investment, and new-business opportunities within transportation and logistics.
• Lead annual operational planning and oversee the achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and organizational performance.
• Oversee corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead digital transformation and modernization of operational systems.
• Evaluate overall company performance and implement corrective actions as required.
• Oversee senior management and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
• Represent the company with government authorities, financial institutions, strategic partners, and key clients.
• Lead major contracts, strategic projects, crisis management, and business-continuity initiatives.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and promote a high-performance, ethical organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• An MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in transportation or logistics within Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or an equivalent executive-level position.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and relevant local legislation.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, operational leadership, governance, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and executive decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, executive reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
