About the Role

Qureos is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic leadership and strong business acumen to drive the company's growth and overall success.

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the group's vision and objectives. This position involves overseeing all operational aspects, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and maintaining the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the group's vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve business goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance and drive profitability through effective budgeting and cost control measures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within the organization.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, and proactively identify and address potential challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and driving organizational growth.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
