Chief Operating Officer Role Overview

ICG is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's operating engine. This strategic executive role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on connecting sales operations, business lines, delivery, capacity, resource planning, portfolio performance, technology enablement, subsidiaries, operational growth, and strategic investments into one high-performance organization. The COO will be instrumental in scaling the organization, strengthening execution, expanding operational capacity, enabling sales performance, and converting ICG’s growth ambitions into sustainable enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and performance infrastructure for ICG’s sales organization, ensuring teams have the necessary capacity, resources, and processes.
• Collaborate with the CRO to translate revenue targets into capacity plans, resource allocation, solution readiness, and execution priorities.
• Lead the operational performance and scalability of ICG’s business lines and service capabilities, developing operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive growth through operational excellence, scalable delivery models, improved utilization, and stronger organizational capabilities, translating strategic growth priorities into executable plans.
• Oversee delivery governance, PMO performance, execution quality, timelines, and risk management across strategic engagements.
• Own enterprise-wide capacity and resource planning, aligning workforce capacity, skills, and utilization with pipeline demand and delivery requirements.
• Manage the performance and strategic alignment of ICG’s portfolio of services, solutions, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure ICG’s solutions are commercially viable, operationally executable, scalable, and capable of delivering measurable client value.
• Develop and strengthen ICG’s ecosystem of technology providers, consulting firms, and strategic partners to expand capabilities and innovation potential.
• Lead the adoption of AI, automation, and digital platforms across ICG’s internal operations to improve productivity and scalability.
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, including potential investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
• Oversee the operational performance and strategic alignment of ICG subsidiaries and affiliated businesses.
• Provide executive leadership, working closely with the CEO, CRO, and other leaders to translate corporate strategy into coordinated execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, consulting, transformation, technology, or professional services.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-business, multi-service, or transformation organizations.
• Demonstrated success in operational scaling, sales operations, delivery excellence, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Strong experience managing large transformation portfolios, PMO environments, and complex delivery operations.
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into measurable operational execution.
• Strong commercial understanding, connecting sales pipeline, capacity, delivery, utilization, profitability, and growth.
• Experience evaluating strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions, or business expansion opportunities.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, technology-enabled operating models, and emerging business models.
• Demonstrated experience building high-performance teams, operating structures, governance frameworks, and performance cultures.
• Experience working with government entities, large enterprises, sovereign organizations, or giga-project ecosystems in Saudi Arabia is highly valuable.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite leaders, boards, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, Vision 2030, and the Kingdom’s transformation ecosystem.
