Civil Engineer

About the Role

We Care HR Consultancy is seeking a Site Engineer for a full-time position within a contracting and construction establishment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dynamic and hands-on professional responsible for managing site operations and leading labor teams to ensure efficient and precise project execution. The ideal candidate will also focus on building relationships with main contractors to secure new subcontracting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, supervise labor teams, and ensure high productivity, quality, and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate work progress directly on-site, overseeing execution details from project initiation to handover.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client engineers and main contractors to negotiate, acquire, and execute new project items or packages.
• Swiftly resolve on-site technical and operational challenges.
• Coordinate material supplies, equipment, and prepare daily reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site operations and supervise labor teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project execution from start to finish.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
