Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join its project execution team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals at the start of their career, offering a foundational experience in civil engineering projects within the region.

The Role of Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer will support senior engineers in the daily operations and execution of construction projects. This role involves active participation in site supervision, technical documentation review, and quality assurance to ensure that all work aligns with project specifications and schedules. The ideal candidate will be a motivated fresh graduate eager to learn and contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily construction and field operations to ensure alignment with engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Inspection (RFIs) for consultant approval and follow up on site notes.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports, accurately recording site activities and resource utilization.
• Support the review of shop drawings and architectural/structural layouts using AutoCAD software.
• Strictly adhere to site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and quality control guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-1 year of professional experience, suitable for a fresh graduate.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Required Skills and Attributes

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong desire to learn and develop within the civil engineering field.
• Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular on-site presence to effectively manage and supervise project activities. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic construction environment.
