Job Summary

Jobskey Consultancy is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join a prestigious full-time high-rise tower construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dedicated professional to supervise civil construction activities and lead site teams, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.

Role Overview

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for the daily oversight of civil works, coordinating various teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position is critical for ensuring that all construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules, contributing directly to the successful completion of the tower project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.
• Lead and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize daily site activities.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Surveyors, and Safety Officers.
• Arrange inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant approval.
• Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety throughout project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the Civil Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.
• Experience with main contractors on large commercial or residential developments.
• Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
• Additional technical certifications will be an advantage.
