About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead and manage all civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves end-to-end site supervision, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Review drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project design and requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements to support timely project delivery.
Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and report incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs, and daily progress reports.
Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
At least 3 years of experience specifically in hotel or high-rise projects.
Experience within the GCC region is considered a strong advantage.
