About the Role

Bothina Design is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, mid-level position is central to acquiring new clients and expanding the company's market presence within the interior design and furnishing sector.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to build a strong strategic network of relationships, focusing on individuals, companies, and projects. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for integrating interior design and furnishing solutions to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's market share expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively research and identify potential clients, including owners, investors, real estate developers, and consulting offices interested in design and furnishing projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).
• Manage initial outreach by conducting direct calls and holding introductory meetings with target clients to present the company’s services and strengths.
• Actively attend and participate in specialized exhibitions (such as construction, decor, and furniture exhibitions) and real estate conferences to build a wide network of relationships that bring new investment opportunities.
• Professionally listen to the requirements of new clients and understand their budgets and preferences in design and furnishing.
• Collaborate with the interior design and pricing team to present customized proposals and quotes that meet client expectations and highlight the company’s added value.
• Lead commercial and financial negotiations with new clients and overcome objections to successfully close deals.
• Deliver newly acquired projects to the project management/design team clearly and accurately to ensure the agreed-upon vision is executed.
• Ensure client satisfaction during the early stages of engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals to other clients.
• Regularly manage and update records of prospective clients and deals.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably within the interior design, furnishing, or related real estate sectors.
