Get Smart Medical Company is seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join its healthcare team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and/or adults, while upholding high professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
• Evaluate patients’ psychological, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapy.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and progress.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Follow professional, ethical, clinical, and organizational standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
