This full-time position as a CNS Key Account Specialist is based in our Riyadh field location, operating within Abbott Nutrition International (ANI). Our nutrition business develops science-based products that support health across all age groups, from infant growth to adult vitality, featuring leading brands such as Similac®, PediaSure®, Ensure®, and Glucerna®.

Role Purpose

The CNS Key Account Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of Pediasure within the Riyadh region. This role combines the scientific promotion aspects of a Medical Sales Representative with the commercial accountability of managing key growth drivers across the consumer journey. The primary mission is to accelerate Pediasure growth by enhancing healthcare professional recommendations, strengthening engagement with hospitals and pharmacists, driving consumer acquisition through targeted programs, and ensuring optimal retail availability and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Pediasure to pediatricians, family physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to integrate Pediasure into nutrition programs.
• Conduct scientific presentations, educational activities, and account reviews for healthcare providers.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy chains, educating them on Pediasure benefits and appropriate consumer recommendation.
• Execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) awareness, trial, and recruitment initiatives, supporting digital and on-ground campaigns targeting caregivers.
• Lead Point of Market Entry (POME) initiatives across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, ensuring conversion of HCP recommendations into consumer purchases.
• Manage CRM-driven patient and consumer engagement activities, including lead follow-up and monitoring conversion and retention.
• Ensure optimal product availability and visibility at key pharmacy and retail accounts, monitoring stock levels, distribution, and promotional execution.

• Net Sales and Market Share Growth for Pediasure.
• Healthcare Professional (HCP) Coverage, Call Quality, and Recommendation Rate.
• Hospital Sales Growth and New Hospital Account Development.
• Pharmacist Coverage and Recommendation Rate.
• POME Recruitment and Conversion Rate.
• CRM Enrollments, Retention, and Repeat Purchase Rate.
• Retail Availability, Distribution, and Out-of-Stock Reduction.
• Promotional and Execution Compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutrition, healthcare, or consumer health sales.
• Demonstrated strong relationship management, communication, and commercial skills.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, pharmacies, and retail customers is preferred.
