Co op Graphic Designer Trainee

Job Summary

Aon is seeking a Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a leading global professional services firm. The trainee will be instrumental in creating visual materials that support Aon's brand and client communication efforts.

Role Context

The Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting Aon's colleagues across various branches. The primary objective is to produce high-quality visual materials that adhere to Aon’s brand guidelines, thereby enhancing effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and utilize design elements to convey ideas for both internal and external audiences.
• Design a diverse range of materials, including advertisements, brochures, business logos, and reports, for digital and print distribution.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, ensuring strict adherence to Aon’s branding guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with brokerage teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high-quality client-facing materials.
• Provide support for online and offline media requirements as needed.
• Produce branded collateral such as prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, and Eid cards.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and creative capabilities.
• Demonstrated prior experience, through academic projects or internships, working with multiple design platforms and formats (digital and print).
• Possess strong creative skills with the ability to translate project requirements into impactful visual solutions.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Aon's Riyadh office. The role involves close collaboration with various brokerage teams across all Saudi branches, contributing to a dynamic and supportive professional environment focused on client service and brand consistency.
