Middle East Specialized Cables (MESC) is a prominent company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Officer. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our Human Resources department.

Role Overview

The Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities. This role also involves managing HR data within the SAP system. The primary objective is to ensure accurate salary administration, maintain compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations, and effectively implement compensation and benefits programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage payroll-related activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update HR data within the SAP system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
• Support the effective implementation of new and existing compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR data administration.
• Familiarity with SAP HR modules is an advantage.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is beneficial.

Work Environment
