About the Role

Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. is seeking a motivated Compensation Benefits Specialist to join its Total Rewards team in Riyadh. This full-time position will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. The specialist will contribute to initiatives that ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with company policies, supporting the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Participate in annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Conduct job evaluations and grading exercises using approved methodologies.
  • Perform salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, and leave.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Maintain compensation structures, salary data, and HR system records.
  • Assist in developing and updating Total Rewards policies and procedures.
  • Support organizational restructuring, job architecture, and workforce-related compensation projects.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of Total Rewards services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, or a related HR discipline.
  • Good understanding of compensation structures, salary administration, and employee benefits.
  • Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards (*, GRP, CCP, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Experience within a large corporate or multi-business environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and compensation practices.
