About the Concierge Role

Boutique Group is seeking a Concierge to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring all guest needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The Concierge assists guests with inquiries, coordinates requests, and provides information about local attractions and services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Guest Service and Experience

  • Deliver outstanding concierge services by maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests for personalized service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in handling VIP guests, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and personalized services throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate the needs of VIP guests and provide tailored experiences, including reservations and specialized services.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services to guests.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and coordination across hotel functions.
  • Participate in regular briefings with the concierge team to share guest feedback and operational updates.
  • Review and optimize operational procedures for concierge services to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all concierge staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to billing for concierge services and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.
  • Support the monitoring and management of the budget for the concierge services department.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations relevant to concierge operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure concierge service areas are safe and welcoming.

Team Support and Brand Representation

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the concierge team.
  • Encourage team members to take initiative and demonstrate confidence in their roles.
  • Support the Chief Concierge in training and supervising concierge staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
  • Contribute to innovative service initiatives to continually enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about future trends in luxury hospitality and adapt concierge strategies accordingly.
  • Embody the hotel’s values and service philosophy, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
  • Engage with the local community to promote the hotel’s reputation for quality service and unique experiences.
  • Practice the company’s legacy values and competencies in all interactions, acting as a role model.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Local market experience and understanding of Middle-Eastern hospitality preferences.
