Construction Manager Roads

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager Roads to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing construction supervision activities and managing construction projects within the roads sector. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field construction and a comprehensive understanding of industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision activities performed by the design consultant and manage assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participate in value engineering reviews during both the design and construction phases.
• Organize and work with a high-level construction management team to provide oversight of site supervision and inspection services during construction, interfacing with commissioning and start-up activities.
• Be based at the PMO site offices to address and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor construction project progress and chair all construction progress meetings. Utilize innovation software, such as CCTV, to assess and validate progress during meetings.
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in field construction is required.
• Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects, both domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes and thorough knowledge of industry practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
