The Role: Construction Manager – Water & Fire Systems

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager – Water & Fire Systems to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing the successful execution of construction projects specifically related to water infrastructure and fire suppression systems. The role involves managing site operations, ensuring project adherence to specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities for water and fire systems, ensuring projects are completed according to design, specifications, and schedule.
• Oversee site operations, including resource allocation, equipment utilization, and coordination of subcontractors and site personnel.
• Implement and enforce project safety plans and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare regular progress reports, document site activities, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding project status.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure proper installation of water and fire system components.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.
• Demonstrated experience of 0-1 years in construction management, with a preference for exposure to water infrastructure or fire protection systems.
